Noemi Rochelle Fleming is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and storyteller whose work bridges the lyrical and the luminous. Born with an eye for narrative and a instinct for color, she has cultivated a creative practice that moves fluidly between whimsical illustration, abstract landscape, and contemporary still life — each piece a quiet invitation to slow down and feel something.
Noemi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Fine Art from The Ohio State University, where her dual passions for systems thinking and visual expression first clicked found common ground. She later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, deepening her understanding of brand, vision, and the architecture of creative enterprise.
As the founder of VivRo, her design and art studio, Noemi creates original watercolor and oil paintings as well as illustrations, art prints, and visual brand identities that live at the intersection of the whimsical and the refined. Her collections draw deeply from the sun-soaked palettes of the Italian and French coasts — crumbling pink villas draped in green, cypress-lined hillsides, coastal waters catching afternoon light — reimagined through a distinctly modern and abstract lens.
Her characters are tender and unexpected. Her landscapes are memory made visible. Her florals refuse to stay still.
Noemi is based in Southern California, and her work has been recognized for its ability to make a room feel like somewhere you've always wanted to be.
