This is mixed-media at its most joyful — photographic realism interrupted by abstraction, the familiar made electric. The lower field erupts in vivid coral dots that feel almost celebratory, almost chaotic, entirely intentional. Light pours in from the upper right, diffuse and generous, softening what might otherwise overwhelm.
